Bar C Canadian Adventure Resort - Cochrane, Alberta, Canada

The Bar C Canadian Adventure Resort offers 34 rustic but comfortable log cabins. The cabins are nestled amongst the trees and are all within easy walking distance of everything the Resort has to offer. Each cabin has a bedroom with a double bed, 3 piece bathroom, and a living room with a futon that can be made into an extra double bed. The cabins feature a cozy fireplace in the living room for which firewood is provided, as are all linens.

For Registered Guests of the Resort, we also offer an authentic Sioux Teepee Village as an alternative night's accommodation. Sleeping bags, foam pads and pillows are available for a minimal fee. Located near the teepees is our bathhouse, which has toilets, showers and coin-operated laundry facilities. The Bathhouse is open 24 hours a day.

For your dining pleasure, the Resort features The Bar C Saloon restaurant. The restaurant is tastefully decorated in true western style and has a towering central fireplace. The Bar C Saloon offers tempting and wholesome "country meals" throughout the day, always served with a good-sized helping of western style and friendliness. On warm summer days you may choose to enjoy your meal on the patio of the Bar C Saloon, which offers a relaxed atmosphere and a beautiful view of the surrounding area.

The Ghost River Trading Post, which is located in the center of the Resort, is where you will find the reception desk for check in and check out. The Trading Post offers Guest Services such as postal, telephone, and fax service, as well as information on local hiking trails, resort activities, and local points of interest. The Trading Post has a Gift store with a variety of western souvenirs (featuring Montana Silversmith Products) as well as personal products
