If you’ve answered YES to any of these questions-then it’s time for a trip to the Bar C Ranch Resort for your own “Corporate Retreat”

A great place to hold meetings, conferences, and a variety of “team building seminars”.

The Bar C Ranch is a short one-hour commute northwest of Calgary, bordering the forest reserve.  It is situated on 40 thousand deeded and leased acres of the most beautiful country you have ever seen.  From the Rocky Mountains to the lush foothills complete with rivers, streams and an abundance of wildlife, the Bar C is the perfect setting to give your employees a new perspective, and a fresh start.

 We have a private conference room on site complete with all the items you’ll need to conduct your meetings.  It has an authentic western décor complete with 2 wood burning heat stoves, hardwood floors and various western paraphernalia throughout.

For larger groups, we also have a fully serviced and licensed Restaurant & Saloon-complete with patio.

Accommodation:

The Bar C Ranch has 34 log cabins, each with its own wood-burning fireplace.  The bedroom has a double bed and 3-piece bath.  For your convenience, the living room has a futon couch that converts to a double bed for extra guests.  All linens and in-room coffee and tea are included. Maximum capacity per cabin is 4 persons. (An extra cot may be available for 1 additional child per cabin)

Conference Room:

Our conference room has a seating capacity of 60 people. It comes equipped with chairs and tables.  Special equipment such as overhead projectors, whiteboards etc are also available.

Bar C Restaurant & Saloon:

Our Saloon has a comfortable seating capacity of 100.  Depending on your needs and table set up, we can seat up to 120.  Our restaurant is fully licensed and boasts a large central wood-burning fireplace. It also has a large outdoor patio complete with fire pit and “Chuckwagon Bar” The patio has a seating capacity of 60+.

We have a variety of menu items available for your group.

Activities –Outdoor

We have a variety of activities your group can participate in.

 We offer guided trail rides and have horses for every level of experience.  Guided mountain hikes, and wagon rides.  In the winter months, we also offer ice skating on our lake – complete with fire and lunch. 

 Looking for a little competition? How about a game of horseshoes or you can try your hand at roping.   We can also organize such things as a tug of war or various cowboy style games-there is sure to be an overabundance of laughs for your whole group.

 During the months of May and June we offer unique two day all-inclusive packages for our cattle branding.  If you want to be a cowboy – then this is for you .  ~Please see Branding Package for further info~

Activities – Indoor

Book a “Fun Casino” for your function- a great way to have a great time.  You can give away prizes at the end of the night for the people in your group who haven’t lost all their fun money.  A very popular choice with our corporate groups!
