TRAVELING WEST FROM CALGARY: From the airport, turn right on McKnight Blvd - head west (becomes John Laurie Blvd) - Turn Left at Nosehill Drive - right on Crowchild Trail (1A West)

From other locations in Calgary - head west on Crowchild Trail (1A West)

Once you are on 1A West, you will travel through the town of Cochrane (by the way, this is the last gas stop or convenience store before the Bar C). Once you have passed through Cochrane on the 1A, you will continue for another 13 km. You will then turn right on Highway 40 (also called the Forestry Trunk Road 940). You will travel Hwy 40 for another 23 km. The Bar C will be on your left.

TRAVELING EAST FROM BANFF/CANMORE AREA: Head east on the Trans Canada Highway - you will exit at Morely Road - Head north until a T intersection. Turn right onto Highway 1A. Follow it until you reach Highway 40 on your left (also called Forestry Trunk Road 940). Turn Left onto highway 40 and travel for another 23 km. The Bar C will be on your left.
